Many of our members are happy to play for fun, but we also offer opportunities to take part in various local leagues. These competitions vary by season, standard, and entry requirements, so we're sure to have one that suits your skills and expectations.

Currently (winter 2024), our teams compete in men's, ladies', and mixed competitions at different levels. Summer games are played at various club venues, while winter matches are all played indoors at Derbyshire Tennis Centre (Ashe Place, Derby, DE23 8BF).

FIXTURES

In the Winter, competitive fixtures typically run between October and April.

Fewer teams represent the club during these months than in the summer, but there are still  opportunities for everyone to compete.

We always welcome new additions to the teams. It would be especially great to add a few more names to our Ladies' Team.

We continue to compete in the Derby Area Tennis League, facing many familiar local teams and players. Rather than travelling to different clubs during the winter season, all competitive fixtures are played indoors at Derbyshire Tennis Centre (Derby).
